A quick question for the “hive mind” of your readership
Does anyone know why the Senedd and Millennium Centre were built WITHOUT solar panels on the roof?
Or the Bay barrage built without hydro turbines?
I don’t expect it’ll be long though before Bute Energy propose a wind turbine in Bute Park!
Would it be possible for our politicians to try just a little harder before imposing these things on the rest of us?
