Brits are certainly keen to start their day off right as google searches for ‘best breakfast/brunch near me’ has seen a 132% increase in the past year, along with the hashtag #veganbreakfast amassing 295 million views on TikTok.
Whether it’s the first bite of a croissant or a sip of an oat latte, there’s no denying food is the best part of travelling and people are increasingly prioritizing food options when considering their next trip. With over 130,000 searches for ‘breakfast in Edinburgh’, visitors are keen to find the best the city has to offer. With places like Café Marmalade, Fountain Café and Tani Modi, the cobbled streets of Edinburgh have lots of hearty breakfast spots to start the day off right.
Home to over 800 cafes and over 50 bakeries, from greasy spoons to independent cafes, Manchester certainly has its fair share of amazing breakfast spots, helping it to come in third. Top picks include Ezra and Gill, Koffee Pot and Idle Hands, all of which serve up delicious menus that will leave visitors feeling satisfied.
