A group of youngsters from Action for Children’s Neath Port Talbot (NPT) Swansea community short breaks projects have enjoyed a summer break to Llangrannog. The trip was made possible thanks to money raised by the local Tesco Blue Token scheme.

The youngsters enjoyed trips to the beach, archery, skiing, horse riding, climbing and all sorts of games that allowed them to have a proper break during the summer and gain some independence from their families.

‘Our young people benefit so much from being on a residential trip and trying many activities they haven’t done before. It’s been brilliant watching them develop as the trip goes on and their confidence grow. We’re all extremely grateful to Tesco and everyone who so kindly donated blue tokens to make Llangrannog happen.’
