Customers using Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Leisure Lifestyle facilities are being encouraged to share their experiences through a new digital customer feedback form.

Accessible via QR codes displayed throughout leisure centres, the form provides a quick and convenient way for customers to leave feedback, whether they would like to highlight a positive experience, recognise excellent customer service or suggest areas for improvement.

The introduction of the new form supports Leisure Lifestyle’s ongoing commitment to listening to customers and using feedback to help shape and improve services across its facilities.

It will also help reduce the reliance on printed feedback forms, supporting more sustainable ways of gathering customer feedback.

Gathering customer feedback also supports the aims of the Council’s Sport and Active Recreation Strategy 2019-2029 by helping to ensure leisure services remain accessible, inclusive and responsive to the needs of local communities, encouraging more people to take part in sport and physical activity.

Cllr Chris Morgan, Cabinet Member for Sport and Leisure, said:

“Customer feedback is invaluable in helping us understand what’s working well and where we can improve. We want to make it as easy as possible for customers to share their experiences, helping us continue to develop and enhance our services.

“Customers can access the form by scanning the QR codes displayed within Leisure Lifestyle facilities or by visiting the customer feedback page online at Leisure Lifestyle Website
