The world’s tallest wind turbine to date, is under construction in Germany at 809 ft tall. This is making big news in Europe. Four wind turbines of 3.4MW rated capacity each are being installed in rural Gaildorf, near Stuttgart in southern Germany, by Max Bögl Wind, a subsidiary of Max Bögl, a group active in areas from infrastructure delivery to raw materials supply.. This a rural forested German flat land on remote sites for just four such Wind Turbines.Plans are already in hand, by foreign developers, in cahoots with Wales Labour Government, with Plaid Cymru support, for hundreds of 850 ft Wind Turbines on Welsh hilltops in close proximity to nearby villages, probably with our subsidies for erratic power supply.
