Caerphilly County Borough Council is reminding tenants to give their views on the housing services it provides.

A survey is being carried out on behalf of the council by an independent company called ARP Research Limited.  All tenants should have received a copy of the survey in the post, or it can be completed online.  More information can be found at: Caerphilly – Caerphilly County Borough

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw for the opportunity to win up to £250 in shopping vouchers.  The survey will end on Friday 24 November.

Cllr Shayne Cook, the Council’s Cabinet Member for Housing said, “I’d like to thank everyone who’s taken the time to complete the survey so far.  Customer feedback is incredibly important in helping us improve services and I encourage all tenants to make sure their views are included by taking part in the survey.”

Tenants with queries or concerns about the survey can contact the council’s Tenant and Community Involvement team on 01443 811433/34 or by emailing tenantinvolvement@caerphilly.gov.uk.
