NEWS UPDATE
South Wales Police officer Detective Constable Mark Hopkins will appear at Cardiff Magistrates Court on Friday the 23rd of November for an offence of perverting the course of justice.
He was charged following an investigation carried out by the Professional Standards Department.

DC Hopkins, who is based in the Northern Division of South Wales Police, remains suspended from duty.
