Analysis identified Walker, as a user of a drugs line, which was believed to be involved in the commercial supply of cocaine in the Rhondda area.

This assessment was supported by SMS messages, Facebook messages, and enquiries linking Walker to the telephone number being used for drug supply.

On July 9, 2026, officers from the Serious Organised Crime Team arrested Walker at an address on Miskin Road, Trealaw.

Following his arrest, officers conducted searches of the house, during those searches, officers recovered and seized suspected cocaine, approximately £200 in cash, digital scales, drug paraphernalia, and a Samsung mobile telephone.

Walker confirmed that the Samsung mobile telephone belonged to him and provided officers with the device unlock code. Examination of the phone established that it was associated with the telephone number involved in the drugs line investigation.

The serious organised crime investigation team said“You can only begin to imagine the negative impact that the drugs which Kevin Walker has sold have had on those who have consumed them, not to mention their friends, family and wider communities.

“With another good drugs sentence, a message has been sent that the drug trade does not pay in the end – our officers will find you and you will go to prison.”
