The event is taking place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd February, and will allow property seekers to tour the showhomes, view the four-bedroom homes that are currently available and learn more about Lovell Homes’ homebuying schemes. An independent mortgage advisor from ABP Mortgages will also be on hand.
At the event, Lovell Homes will be highlighting the benefits of its four-bedroom homes, including the Ombersley home at Locke Gardens and the Redbourne and Stockwood homes at Royal Victoria Court, all of which have been carefully designed with families in mind.
To help make the home moving journey easier, a range of offers and schemes are currently available on selected plots, such as Helping Hands and Part Exchange*. Royal Victoria Court is being delivered by Lovell in partnership with Tirion Homes and with support from Welsh Government. Locke Gardens is being delivered by Lovell in partnership with Pobl. The development will consist of 500 properties, including 286 open market sale homes, 80 affordable homes and 134 shared ownership properties. The development is part of Glan Llyn – a residential-led development being delivered by St Modwen. The £1 billion regeneration project is transforming the 600-acre brownfield site and creating a major new vibrant community for South Wales, with a total of 4,000 new homes being delivered alongside community infrastructure and green, open space.
