Leading developer Lovell Homes is hosting an event at its two popular Newport developments – Royal Victoria Court and Locke Gardens – to showcase the stunning four-bedroom homes on offer.
Royal Victoria Court is located off Cardiff Road and consists of two, three and four-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments, and Locke Gardens is comprised of two, three and four-bedroom homes at Glan Llyn in Llanwern.
The event is taking place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd February, and will allow property seekers to tour the showhomes, view the four-bedroom homes that are currently available and learn more about Lovell Homes’ homebuying schemes. An independent mortgage advisor from ABP Mortgages will also be on hand.
At the event, Lovell Homes will be highlighting the benefits of its four-bedroom homes, including the Ombersley home at Locke Gardens and the Redbourne and Stockwood homes at Royal Victoria Court, all of which have been carefully designed with families in mind.

To help make the home moving journey easier, a range of offers and schemes are currently available on selected plots, such as Helping Hands and Part Exchange*. Alternatively, buyers could enjoy having flooring included throughout their new Lovell home, or having their Land Transaction Tax paid*. On certain Stockwood and Redbourne homes at Royal Victoria Court, Lovell Homes is also offering homebuyers £10,000 towards their deposit*.
Suzie Hewitt, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “This event is the perfect opportunity for home seekers to visit our sought-after developments in Newport, and find out more about our fantastic four-bedroom homes. The doors to our Redbourne showhome at Royal Victoria Court and Ombersley view home at Locke Gardens will be open all weekend, for homebuyers to experience first-hand what life in a Lovell home could feel like.
“With a range of exclusive offers available on selected homes, we’d encourage anyone who is interested to come along and learn how we can help them purchase their dream home.”
