Swansea Waterfront Winterland is proud to announce a season of enhanced inclusivity with a range of new offerings designed to make the magic accessible to all.

From dedicated accessible sessions to a bilingual Santa Claus, mid-week skating options, and exclusive student sessions, Winterland aims to accommodate for everyone within the community.

BSL & Bilingual Santa Claus Spreads Cheer: This year, Winterland introduces a special treat for our Welsh-speaking guests. Our bilingual Santa Claus will be on-site to hear wishes, share stories and spread festive joy in both English and Welsh on weekdays from 5pm-8pm and weekends 12 am-8pm. This is a unique opportunity for families to connect with the magic of the season in their preferred language. Additionally, on the 16th and 17th of December, Santa will also be able to communicate through British Sign Language (please let a member of staff know your preference on the day – No need to book, the price is £10 which includes a £8 gift)
